How much does the baby weigh?

Mrs. O'Toodle, being of an economical turn of mind, is
trying to weigh herself, her baby, and her dog for one
cent.  If she weighs a hundred pounds more than the
combined weights of dog and baby, and if the dog weighs
sixty per cent less than the baby, can you determine
how much the little cherub weighs?
