Every Sunday morning I eagerly wait for the Benicia Herald newspaper
to arrive.   The police blotter for the previous week is in the paper.   Ninety
percent of the police calls are legitimate law enforcement matters, but ten percent are silly and very funny.   I will include the funniest ones on the JokeLibrary.
