I asked Larry, who teaches a bridge lesson to us each Monday morning at The Bridge Center in Pleasant Hill how to bid it and below is his answer.

East bids 1 Diamonds
West bids 1 Spades
East bids 2 Clubs
West bids 2 Hearts (fourth suit forcing)
East either bids 3 Diamonds (weakest bid possible)
     or 3 No Trunp for a game try
West bids 4 Spades

Larry says this has no business in a slam try.
